Prae is an attractive young woman who effortlessly captures the attention of almost every man around her, including her childhood friend Lek, who has harbored deep feelings for her in secret for years. Desperate to win her heart at any cost, Lek resorts to dark occult black magic using "Nam Man Prai" (corpse oil extracted from a pregnant woman) to cast an ancient love spell. However, instead of making Prae fall in love with him, the sinister ritual goes horribly wrong, inviting the vengeful, bloodthirsty spirit of the pregnant ghost to possess Prae's body and unleash terror.
